Biography
Rev. Tom Otieno is a visionary leader, ordained Anglican priest, and passionate advocate for transformational leadership, discipleship, and godly family life. He currently serves as the Director of Missions at the All Saints Cathedral Diocesan Office. With 14 years as a lay minister and 25 years as ordained clergy, his ministry has impacted churches, corporate leaders, youth, and families across Kenya and beyond.
Over the years, Rev. Tom has led strategic transformation initiatives in five parishes, in corporate Kenya, and among children, teens, and youth through mentorship and speaking engagements. He is a gifted teacher of the Word, a worship leader, and a champion of Holy Spirit-led ministry, healing, and deliverance.
Deeply committed to leadership development, Rev. Tom has played a pivotal role in mentoring young people, equipping them to walk in purpose and impact their spheres of influence. His mentorship has reached teens and youth in Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Botswana through conferences, camps, and training programs.
As a musician and worship leader, he has been instrumental in AFLEWO (Africa Let’s Worship), a growing pan-African worship movement. He also provides leadership as Board Chair of United Adoration Africa and as National Director of SOMA (Sharing of Ministries Abroad), Kenya. A certified mediator, he also counsels and restores marriages, enabling families to thrive in faith and unity.
Rev. Tom’s heart for global mission, extensive experience in leadership transformation, and ability to equip leaders for Kingdom impact have positioned him to serve effectively across churches, corporate settings, and youth networks. His life’s work is aligned with God’s call to empower Christian leaders worldwide.
He enjoys football and cherishes sharing moments of joy and faith with others. A rebuilder of broken walls, Rev. Tom is committed to seeing lives transformed for God’s glory. He is married to Susan; they have four children and make their home in Nairobi, Kenya.
