Bishop Calisto Odede 

Rev. Calisto Odede, was born again in February, 1980 as a high school student. He is an education graduate from Kenyatta University (Kenya), a biblical studies graduate from Trinity International University (USA) and holds a Masters degree in missiological studies from Bethany International University (Singapore). He is currently a PhD candidate at Stellenbosch University (South Africa).

Rev. Odede, better known to his friends as Brother Calisto (BC), previously worked with the Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS). He then served with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) as Associate Regional Secretary covering Eastern Africa, the Horn of Africa in the anglophone and lusophone regions of Africa for eight years.

He joined Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) formerly Nairobi Pentecostal Church; as a member in 1988,  and becoming a pastor in 2008. Rev. Odede has also served as the Senior Pastor of Nairobi Baptist Church for six years. He is currently the Presiding Bishop of CITAM.

Rev Odede is married to Elizabeth and they have three sons between them – Victor, Benson and Michael.
