Rev. Dr. Phidel Baraza

More than 15 years of professional experience as a Holistic Educationist and Church Minister. Have a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on Child Development and Family Studies. My special interest is in children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDDs). I have a driving passion for applying research, program management, training, and policy engagements, to inform and entrench Inclusive Environments, Livelihoods, and Education for all people.

I currently serve as the Deputy Head of the Christian Education & Discipleship Department at CITAM, and as an Adjunct Faculty at PAC University in the Theology Department. I have previously served as the Research, Editorial & Training Coordinator, and as a Pastor in the various assemblies of CITAM.
